When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. NOTE: All credit card transactions are processed against out Parent Company's Merchant Account. Therefore, your monthly statement will reflect a record from Fishboy Art and Design, not Sniffbutt. Paypal All transactions using the paypal option will take use of Paypal's request money service. You will receive a bill for the items in your cart. SHIPPING We ship the majority of our items on the next shipping day via priority mail. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 unless otherwise specified. Some heavy items (over 1 lb) may incur a higher shipping weight. RETURN POLICY If the item you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund or store credit within 7 days, in new condition.
